WINcentive™ Savings is a savings account that offers you the chance to win cash prizes from a statewide drawing. Each time you increase your month-over-month savings balance by $25, you will get an entry in the prize drawing (up to 4 entries per month)*. Prize drawings occur monthly, quarterly and annually – so the more you save, the more chances you have to win! You could even end up winning the grand prize of $5,000!
You’ll feel rewarded by watching your savings grow, and experience the excitement of the prize drawings! Unlike playing the lottery, you don’t lose anything with WINcentive Savings. All of the money you deposit into the account is yours.

What is a WINcentive™ Savings account?
An account that helps you make the most of your money: set aside just $25 per month and you are automatically entered to win $100, $1,000 or even $5,000.
- $5 minimum opening deposit
- Make a commitment to save for 12 months without taking any withdrawals
- Every $25 saved earns you an entry into a state-wide cash prize drawing
- Prizes: Monthly, 50 prizes for $100 each Quarterly, 5 prizes for $1,000 each
- Yearly, 1 grand prize for $5,000
Are there any fees?
There are no monthly service fees; this is a free account. There are fees for any early withdrawals before the term of 12 months.
Can I make withdrawals?
You can make one free withdrawal after the 12-month savings period. There is a 30-day window to make the withdrawal without any fee.
You can take 2 withdrawals (outside of the annual grace period) for a fee before closing your account (first withdrawal incurs $10 penalty, second withdrawal incurs $25 penalty).
What if I have an emergency and need to close my account?
If you have an emergency and really need to close your account, you can do so without penalty, but have to wait 90 days before you are eligible to open another WINcentive™ Savings account.
Can everyone in my family have an account?
Yes! Children/minors can have an account jointly with a parent (minor is primary) OR individually (with a parent/guardian agreeing to terms and conditions).
WINcentive™ is a great way to help kids develop good savings habits, and also a fun way for for adults to reach a savings goal.
When are the prize drawings?
Monthly drawings occur around the 10th of each month for the previous month.
