NEW LOOK to Online Banking and MPECU’s App–coming September 26th!

What you need to know about the new system:

1- Usernames and Passwords will be the same as you use now

2-You will have to downloand a new app–we will provide the link when it’s available!

3-Bill Pay, External Transfers, and internally linked MPECU online accounts  (i.e. a parent and a child who can see each other’s account in our current online banking) will remain the same

4-Estatement enrollment will remain the same

We’re adding some additional capabilities as well!

1-Loan applications can be done through the mobile app

2-Estatements will be available through the mobile app

3-Card controls for Debit and Credit will be available through the app (freeze your card, let us know if it’s lost/stolen)

4-Conversations will be available–this allows you to chat with us securely and mark any suspcious transactions for us to look at

5-You can use a debit card from a different financial institution to pay your loans at MPECU
